Contact page privacy

Know what
you’re sharing.

This page explains the current Zekey contact-sharing experience. Updated 8 October 2026.

Published details are public

A contact page can show a person’s name, phone number, email, company and job title. Anyone with the link can view, download and share those published details. Only publish information you have permission to share.

Contact pages ask search engines not to index them, and the site has no public people directory. These measures do not make a published page private or prevent someone from forwarding its link.

Saving stays in your control

Add to contacts opens a contact file using your browser’s normal handling. Depending on your device and browser, it may show a contact preview or download the file. You choose whether to add it to your address book. The contact page does not read or upload your existing contacts.

A saved contact is a separate copy on the recipient’s device. Changes to the web page do not automatically change that copy.

Who manages a page?

Contact records are managed in a Zekey workspace. Its authorized owners and admins can edit the record or unpublish its page. The workspace is an access boundary and does not necessarily represent the person’s employer.

Unpublishing stops the page and its download from being available through that link. It does not remove copies that other people have already saved or shared.

Accounts and technical data

Visitors do not need an account to open a contact page. Owner tools use sign-in cookies to maintain authenticated sessions. Zekey stores account and workspace information to control who can manage records.

Hosting and service providers process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and operate the website.

Corrections and removal

If details are inaccurate or should not be public, contact the person or team that shared the page. A workspace owner or admin can correct the details or unpublish the record. The help guide explains the contact and NFC flows.
